The DACH Account Manager at Metalogix is an excellent opportunity to learn from and collaborate with industry leaders in the Enterprise Content Management space. You will work with our global, award-winning team and exercise your skills to effectively identify new accounts, cultivate relationships with customers, and close sales opportunities.

This position comes with an excellent compensation package consisting of a competitive base salary and performance-based commission.

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop, execute and sustain relationships with customers
  • Identify and develop new enterprise accounts
  • Build and close sales opportunities
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting to management of progress, activities, and planning
  • Additional revenue generating duties as needed
  • Contribute to the team effort as needed

Travel as needed to ensure partner productivity, assist in closing opportunities, and to enhance territory activity through trade-shows and other marketing events

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years enterprise sales experience preferably related to data/infrastructure management products (particularly software) into IT
  • Formal sales training with Spin Selling, Miller Heiman etc a distinct advantage
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, both German and English
  • Experience working with standard sales and business automation tools including Salesforce.com, Outlook and Microsoft Office package
  • Specific vertical/industry knowledge a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint market a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Highly motivated, high energy, “can do” attitude and a strong sense of urgency
  • Clear desire to achieve success in a competitive sales-driven environment
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically
